A planet of beings,
and within every being
a planet of hope.— Tadimalla, Rajani Nagesh. Heist in the Forest and the Resurgence (Nature/Forest Fiction)
The aforementioned is an example of Haiku poetry as well, which consists of three lines and follows the 5-7-5 rule. Five syllables in the first line, seven syllables in the second line, and five syllables in the third line.
The importance of human sciences in Economics cannot be understated. (We are talking about human sciences, not about any specific policy. There are various disciplines in human sciences. There are many micro and macro factors in economics. There are many branches of economics with theories by various scholars over various centuries, they are reviewed, and new theories evolve with time. This is a precursor to Economics: A Futuristic approach.)

My Thoughts
‘For most, life is an everyday experience. For the rest, life is just marketing.’ (2025)
‘Life is a journey. Humans have the privilege of feeling the journey and recognising its importance. A profession has its place, and humanity has its place, and one need not look at everything from the same prism. Humanity doesn’t imply condoning or accepting all forms of crimes.’ (2025)
‘Writing is in itself a journey. There is always a discovery waiting to be revealed—first to the author and later to the world.’ (2025)
‘Writing involves leadership in the sense that an author can comprehend various developments, inhale various perspectives, and exhale a vision.’ (2025)
‘An interdisciplinary approach is the way forward for a better world.’ (2025)
‘A fundamental aspect of doing good is not to expect anything in return. That’s the way to inner happiness and peace. However, doing good doesn’t mean people should allow others to walk over them. One should be just to oneself as well.’ (2025)
‘When life comes full circle, the journey begins.’ (2025)
‘Research is a mere idea until the outcome is presented to the world.’ (2025)
‘I see the sun rise today. I may or may not exist to see the sun rise tomorrow. Nevertheless, the sun will continue to rise.’ (2025)
‘I am not like an earlier-age bearded author, because it stifles my thinking.’ (2025)
‘Peace may not involve compromising. However, peace necessarily includes understanding. Understanding can open up opportunities and possibilities.’ (2020) This was during Covid in the context of better use of resources rather than on nuclear arsenals and avoidable wars.
‘I support collective nuclear disarmament by all. Those with more have to take the initiative. Trust builds trust.’ (2020 to 2025)
‘Mahatma Gandhi, the father of our nation launched ‘Quit India Movement’ on 8th August 1942. Time for the world to “Quit pursuit of Nuclear Weapons” and eliminate them. Each and every life is precious. Time for collective wisdom. Time to ban nuclear weapons by all countries. Talking peace is strength not weakness.’ (9th August, 2020)
‘Dealing with what-ifs poses a greater challenge than the effort involved in achieving any cause. What-ifs should work as a comma rather than as an end period.’ (2025)
‘When human beings take up good causes, history is made. An author is a human being just like every other individual. We know that there are exceptions and some people in some countries have double standards when it comes to valuing lives of people.’ (2025)
‘When in doubt, get back to basics.’ (2025)
‘Lives are precious.’
‘Made another attempt vis-à-vis peace between Russia and Ukraine: countries at war should note that it is ultimately up to them. Those involved and everyone else should know I try because lives are precious, whichever country people belong to. It has no implication on my life, other than a genuine concern for precious lives. Everyone can communicate, yet at the end of the day it is up to them. The world has been patient. It is an absolute disaster in Gaza. The painful question is how can people indulge in such a genocide as well as terrorist activities, and can anyone involved in such acts be considered as human beings? The answer is no. Something called conscience, which is basic to human existence, is missing. It can’t be taught. One can only urge.’ (23rd August, 2025)
‘Life is short. Make it worthwhile.’
‘Human beings are here in this world to thrive, not just to survive.’ (2025)
‘Only an author’s work is for sale; the author is never available for sale.’ (2025)
మన దేశం మంచి మరియు బాధ్యతాయుతమైన దేశం. అందువల్ల, చాలామంది ఇతర దేశాల నుండి కూడా అదే ఆశిస్తారు. (2025)
‘Healthy competition amongst states is good for the country. …’ (on Twitter/X, 16th, January 2022)
‘Evil forces should be wary of the third eye.’ (2025)
‘Anyone writing a book will like to have the maximum number of people read the work irrespective of whether it is priced at zero or any other applicable standard pricing.’ (2025)
‘Books and authored works are a criterion as well in evaluating a contribution to a field.’ (2025)
‘Teachers and parents should encourage introverts to communicate rather than try to convert them into extroverts. Introverts may eventually turn out to be more effective communicators.’ (September 8, 2018). (on senior author Susan Cain’s FB post with an affirmative response from the author on the differentiation between introversion and communication.)
‘Sun shines every day… nature only hides it from us on a few days.’ (January 31, 2020) (on senior author Paulo Coelho’s FB post just before the spread of Covid.)
‘The world is quick in forgetting good efforts and the time invested. It’s not for any prize. It’s just a gentle reminder that lives are precious.’ (September 5, 2025)
‘When someone with publishing experience enters the Telugu and Indian language arena as an author, the responsibility is not just to come up with literary works; the role is to enhance and raise the overall publishing standards with best practices by making the best use of the experience and knowledge. It’s just natural.’ (September 9, 2025)
‘Developments in Nepal hold significance. It’s a major crisis situation for the Himalayan nation after 2001. India now has failed states as neighbours with chaos. Wishing for the safety of people in Nepal and the return of normalcy at the earliest. It’s a wake-up call for nations across the world.’ (September 9, 2025)
‘One should aim for the next level in the spectrum of one’s field and in anything that one is passionate about.’ (September 11, 2025)
‘If one’s intentions are good and worthwhile, nothing should scare anyone. If one lacks courage, one can’t accomplish anything that one can look back on with satisfaction (one can’t generalise what brings satisfaction to different individuals) and feel good about.’
‘India is a country of over 1.4 billion people, and the world is home to 8.2 billion people with no shortage of talent.’
‘I am grateful to all true friends who have been a part of my journey as well as strangers.’
‘There can be no justification for terrorism. All efforts to deal with the menace of terrorism should be undertaken on a continuous basis.’
‘There can be no justification for targeting civilian population or genocide.’
Concept clarity is important.
‘Corruption is a hurdle to growth and development. Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 16, Target 16.5 focuses on reduction in corruption. E-governance is one of the ways to tackle corruption.’ Twitter/X post, 9th December, 2022)
‘There will be communication regarding peace when there is conflict. If there will be no conflict amongst nations, there will be no requirement to communicate about peace, at least not in the way as during a conflict.’ (2025)
‘Better world inherently implies that there is no place for various crimes.’ (2025) (Inference from the 2020 podcast as well.
‘I look ahead of the times. What I write today may or may not be understood today, yet it will eventually benefit the humanity in the decades ahead.’ It has happened before and it will happen again.
‘When I wrote about wireless technologies, I wrote about opportunities as wells risks and mitigating measures. The objective was to ensure the use of technology in the best possible way that can transform lives in the right way. I look at the same way towards all emerging advancements.’
‘Mentorship is not just about encouraging people, it includes going through their work to understand the perspective and in the context of what something has been referred to. More often people focus on numbers and miss the real point. While the numbers are important, what really matters is important as well.’
‘Ranks of economies are highly important otherwise; however, when lives are at risk, ranks don’t matter.’
When I was required to perform my role, I was always down to earth to the extent possible. It’s time to move ahead in this journey. It’s about the next level.
I am in 2025 and looking ahead. This is called professionalism. I will possibly have my own centre(s) at an appropriate/feasible city or cities (on a need basis) one day. Based on experience and ongoing skill updates, I can always identify talent and train them. There is no shortage of talent across the country, and I can identify and avail services if required. There are learnings from different organisations and numerous studies from across the world. Hence, the endeavour will be to develop slow and steady, value-creating, world-class and state-of-the-art, and formidable long-lasting centres.
‘Perhaps ‘conceptual clarity’ (collocation) is my likely choice for the English word of the year 2025.’ One will know the final choice on January 1st. The work is not yet finished. I will have some time for word(s) of the year in languages other than English as mentioned at the beginning of the year, subject to feasibility.
‘When everyone is looking at an evolving innovation like AI, my motto and contribution to the field of economics and finance, as has been the trend earlier, as implied from the section below, is to look beyond the evolving innovation in the field.’
‘Literary stories may or may not resonate with readers, yet literary stories revolve around characters.’

‘The approach to resolve global challenge is as important as the end result.’
‘Stay healthy at all times.’
‘Live life with a purpose. Nothing to prove to anyone.’
My Select Thoughts from my earlier individually authored and published works (after due applicable reviews and clearances) in various formats
‘The lesson to be learnt (by Russia) from the 1998 (financial) crisis is not to depend overwhelmingly on foreign investment and exports of oil. The focus should be more on diversification of economy as well as fiscal consolidation that would eventually result in a stronger economy and capital markets.’ (From my authored chapter titled ‘Development of Russian Capital Markets and Issues of Capital Governance’ in the book titled ‘Capital Markets in BRIC Economies, 2007.)
‘With the advent of retail-cum-financial marts, customers will have access to different consumer products as well as finance at the outlet itself…One of the significant aspects will be educating the customer about the various financial products on offer and the utility of the same for various purposes. This will be crucial as there will be immense competition and players who are able to provide proper guidance to customer will be able to retain them longer.’ (From my article titled ‘Retail-cum-financial Marts in India: The Road Ahead’ published in the ICFAI Reader, August 2007)
‘Internet banking has evolved rapidly over the years with technological advances and increasing number of Internet users across various regions. It has developed as an effective distribution channel for banking products and services…The technological advances, which led to the growth of Internet banking, have, however, also contributed to the emergence of various risks for
banks as well as customers…Financial institutions should use multi-factor authentication, as single authentication is inadequate and unsafe for high-risk transactions…it is vital for banks and regulators to amend regulatory mechanisms from time to time to counter various issues and challenges involved in the Internet banking environment so as to continue benefiting from one of the finest innovations in banking.’ (From my chapter on ‘Internet Banking: A Regulatory Perspectives and International Experiences’ published in Internet Banking: Multi-dimensional Perspectives, 2008 and Professional Banker, December 2007)
‘The financially excluded sections largely comprise marginal farmers, landless laborers, oral lessees, self-employed and unorganized sector enterprises, urban slum dwellers, migrants, ethnic minorities and socially excluded groups, women and senior citizens. As such mobile banking provides an opportunity to make banking services available to the underserved population.’ (From my chapter on Mobile Banking published in the book titled Wireless Banking: Developments and Prospects. and Professional Banker Magazine, January 2009)
‘The next transformation should focus on sustainable development and strengthening the fundamental aspects of the economy. A diverse yet vibrant economy requires a multi-pronged strategy for the next set of social and economic transformation. E-governance has a role to play in all future strategies.’ (From my authored conference paper titled ‘Transforming India through E-governance—Initiatives, Challenges and Road Ahead’ published in the International Journal of Research in Economics and Social Sciences, Special Issue, December 2017.)

Publishing is not just about books. It is one important aspect, which I have been part of and keen to take it forward. There are many things including magazines, journals, newspapers. It’s a long journey ahead. Promoting literature, languages, sciences, social sciences, and interdisciplinary fields is a cause as well.
Botany/Plant Science ప్రకృతి प्रकृति Nature
कल जो पौधे थे, वे आज वृक्ष हैं। आज के पौधे कल वृक्ष बनेंगे।
Yesterday’s saplings are today’s trees. Today’s saplings will be tomorrow’s trees.
Plants and trees help in conservation of nature.
Removing weeds facilitate the healthier growth of plants.
There are aspects of invasive species that are not positive. However, invasive plant species are now playing an important role in preserving nature. Examples: A military training area that prohibits access to the general public in Germany is home to various invasive plant species when not in use and aids the survival of various other living species. With deforestation in many regions of the world, invasive plant species are playing a role in safeguarding biodiversity. It doesn’t imply that rampant deforestation is acceptable.
